Email Policy
At Creative Digital we support the responsible and ethical use of email as a marketing and communication tool.
Who Do We Send To?
We only send our emails to people who we have had some association with in the past. This includes our current clients; people we have met at business functions and other networking events, and people we may have had some professional dealings with in the past.
We attend a number of business networking functions and exchange business cards with other members and attendees. We attend these functions to promote our business and we are happy for other members to promote their products and services to us. We also respect your right to request that we refrain from marketing to you if you choose (see our Unsubscribe Policy below).
At no time do we “farm” membership lists looking for email addresses and we do not buy or rent email lists.
What Do We Send?
We recognize that when people need our services they contact us. If you are not in the market for finance, no amount of “in your face” marketing is going to convince you that you need our services.
We try to make our emails brief and informative, regardless of whether you are currently in the market for a loan or not. We try to limit the “marketing hype” as much as possible.
How Often Do We Send It?
We generally send our emails once a month. We occasionally may send an additional email if there is some major news (for example an interest rate rise or fall).
What Format Do We Use?
We send our emails in HTML format to limit the impact on your email system. All pictures our downloaded from the Internet when you open the email (in much the same way has a web page opens). At no time do we send large graphics files to your email account.
Our Unsubscribe Policy
We are happy (and legally obliged) to remove you from our email list if requested to do so. We have an “Unsubscribe” link on the bottom of all emails that go out. We also have our contact details on the bottom of each email if you need to contact us at any time.
